Weekly Activities: see calendar for details
Monday - Beginners/Improvers meet at 6:30pm at Dumfries Sports Club, Nunholm where runners are led in groups from 2 to 5 miles.
Tuesday - Club Training Night at Dumfries Sports Club, Nunholm. 6:20pm warm up, start 6:30pm.
Wednesday - Nice steady guided runs on forest tracks and fire roads with distances from 3 to 7 miles catering for all abilities and speeds.
Meet at the top car park for a 6:30pm start.
Thursday - Speedplay/Trackwork. 6:15pm meet for 6:30pm start

Dumfries Half Marathon - Sunday 23rd September - 11:00am
The next club race in the calendar is the Dumfries Half Marathon.
Any club members who are not taking part in the event can volunteer to help on the day.
